Beginner Agility (Group & Private Lessons) Classes start March 20th at 6:00 pm Introduction to obstacles and AKC rules for dogs at least 8 months old.  Dogs will be introduced to contact obstacles at less than full height, jumping skills and beginning weave skills.  Dogs will gradually learn to navigate obstacles at full height and start doing short sequences.  Dogs must have basic obedience skills such as sit, stay and a recall and must be comfortable with other dogs.  Please have a flat collar (leather or nylon) with no tags attached, a leash at least 5 feet long (no Flexi-leads) and plenty of treats. Advanced Beginner Agility (Group & Private Lessons) Classes start March 20th at 7:15 pm This class will build on the skills learned in the Beginner Agility class.  Emphasis will be on weave pole performance, contact skills and longer sequences.  Dogs must be able to work off leash around other dogs.  Prerequisite is completing the Beginner Agility class or permission of the instructor. Intermediate Agility (Group & Private Lessons) Classes start March 20th at 7:15 pm This class will continue to build on the skills learned in previous classes with emphasis on handling skills and improved performance of obstacles.  Concentration will be on progressively more difficult sequences using skill development exercises.  Handlers will learn crossing techniques (fronts, rears and blinds) and other important skills.  Prerequisite is completion of the Advanced Beginner class or permission of the instructor. Competition Agility (Group & Private Lessons) Classes start March 20th at 8:15 pm The purpose of this class is to help the dog and handler run full courses as a team.  Advanced handling, distance and obstacle proficiency at the excellent level will be covered.  Excellent level courses will be used in this class.  Prerequisite is completion of the Intermediate class or permission of the instructor.    Group Classes: $150 6 1-hour sessions                                          (Must Pre-Register)   Run Thrus: $12 Per Dog Private Lessons: $70 Per hour
